Our Constitution addresses DisAbilities:
"Promote the General Welfare".
Webster says to contribute to the progress of a member of a class furnishing aid by the government to the Disadvantaged or DisAbled.
We need to take the Responsibility and exercise our "Rights" by contacting our Local, County, State and Federal Representatives.
